We ship from our warehouse in Boca Raton, FL within 2-3 days M-F with free domestic shipping on orders of $100 or more.
International customers are responsible for all shipping & customs costs. If USPS option is chosen, the package cannot be tracked once it leaves the US. They do not guarantee a delivery day and we are not responsible for delivery. If your order is not received, you must contact your local delivery service.
**Please note that shipping companies (USPS, UPS & DHL) have suspended "guarantee delivery dates" as of March 2020 until further notice. Deliveries still may be made on the day expected but it is not guaranteed**
We would be happy to help you with your return. Any product that has not been used, is still in it's original packaging, and has been purchased in the last 14 days is eligible for return. Once we receive the item back to our facility and have ensured it meets the return criteria, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the item (refund will not include shipping charges). Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to process your refund.
Sale, discontinued, Made-to-Order and Custom Design items are not eligible for return.
